Use DecoArt Ink Effects to transfer designs onto fabric. Just paint on any type of paper, including printer paper, let the design dry for about 45 minutes, then iron it on the fabric of your choice!
Ink Effects allow you to perfect designs before transferring to fabrics. Ink Effects can be used on coloring book pages for unlimited pattern designs. Ink absorbs into fabric for a soft, flexible, and washable transfer.
Choose from 12 inter-mixable colors.
For best results use on white or light colored fabrics containing less than 30% cotton. For fabrics with a higher cotton content, first prep surface area with Ink Effects Basecoat.
