Derwent Chinese White Watercolor Pencil

Derwent's Chinese White Watercolor pencil has a soft water-soluble core which glides across the surface of the paper allowing color to be laid down easily. Encased in a slim, 6.9mm diameter, hexagonal barrel they have a 3.4mm water-soluble color core. It can be used wet or dry to create different effects.
