Shelly Gardner earned her reputation as an art educator who never left her students questions unanswered and who strived to share her knowledge of color, design and technique to better advance their decorative painting efforts. Shelly's search for knowledge never ceased and because of this she was able to produce and share with her students and you, special technique booklets full of extensive information on color, theory, design and much more.
Shelly was certified by the National Society of Decorative Painters and also passed certification with the floral portion of the master level of the Society.
Sadly, Shelly was diagnosed with cancer and eventually lost her battle with cancer. We're dedicated to passing on the knowledge that she loved sharing with others. If you are excited and motivated to learn new oil painting techniques then her printed instructions are some of the best you will find.
Some of the best "how-to" printed materials available today for the serious oil painter interested in gaining theory and design information. If you are seriously interested in doing your own work from inception to completion you will find these booklets loaded with the information you need to pursue your dream!
These inexpensive booklets are not slick coffee table type books. They are however jam packed with tip after tip from a seasoned professional on how to paint the subject matter at hand. A typical booklet is 18-24 pages of typed notes with hand drawn illustrations in a clear plastic binder. There are always one or more color photos or illustrations enclosed to illustrate the technique.
For each Shelly Gardner book, packet or kit sold we will contribute $1.00 to the American Cancer Society.
